These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of ChrisIsNotABot.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Tesseract Consulting LLC ("Tesseract Consulting," "we," "us" or "our"), and to our text messaging program. By using the Site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
About our services
Tesseract Consulting LLC provides business brokerage, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) consulting and AI consulting services. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Any engagement for our services will be covered by a separate written agreement.
SMS text messaging terms
- Program description: Tesseract Consulting LLC sends text messages to people who request them, about their inquiry. This includes replies to your questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow ups about your consulting request.
- How to opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the contact form at ChrisIsNotABot.com and providing your mobile number, or by otherwise giving us your consent directly. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and appointments.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
- How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any more text messages unless you opt in again.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, email hello@chrisisnotabot.com, or call or text us at 480-548-1064.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with how it works. The Site's content, design, logo and games are owned by Tesseract Consulting LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Third party links
The Site links to third party services, such as our Cal.com booking page. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the information accurate and the Site available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted.
